When it rains it pours. My father was taken to the hospital by ambulance semi-conscious, really sick, coughing up blood. They said he didn't know what day it is, or who is the current President. My dad is an unbeliever so this hits hard. I would be grateful for your prayers.

When I was younger I often wondered why the world celebrated MLK, because Christ said that if we follow Him the world would hate us. I later learned of his serial adultery, he didn't believe in the resurrection, Trinity, or deity of Christ for starters. MLK was not a believer.

Nope! False teaching is. This is clear throughout Scripture from Christ, Jude, John, Peter, Paul, Moses, Elijah, etc... It is the most common and repeated warning throughout the Scriptures. This is further evidence that you take your cues from the culture, not Scripture.

@w_terrence She echoed the talking points of the ridiculous Social Justice movement. She doesn't respect those who enforce the law, but sees them as oppressors. The officer was justified in his indignation. Yes, there are some bad cops in the US, but the exception is never the rule.

Blown away right now. Our church (Southside Church in Clayton, NC) is picking up our $2314 COBRA tab for May. This relieves such a heavy burden off our shoulders. So grateful to God for His grace which cannot be merited. Grateful for a church that takes care of its members.

So, I have 103.2 temperature. They think I may have developed a secondary infection somewhere. They just did a chest x-ray to see if I have pneumonia. Pray that they find whatever is causing this temp spike.
