GENESIS X preliminary seeding. Undoubtedly one of the most important events of the whole year is already nearly here, with heavy attendance from across NA, Japan, and EU and 3/4 of the horsemen in attendance. This will doubtlessly be one for the history books! (Repost w/ fixes)
King Con updated seeding. Neo ends up taking the GENESIS invite and the 1st seed along with it, joining the likes of Sparg0, Leo, Marss, AK, and Skyjay in notable invaders at the first and one of the largest European majors of the year.

Rise 'N Grind 2023 preliminary seeding. Kickstarting three back-to-back weeks of NA smash majors, RnG opens with a bang, as both top NA and regional depth contend with invaders Miya and Gluto, fresh off tourney wins from last week and claiming this event's top seeds.
Tera final seeding. EU's first supermajor of the year, featuring just about everyone on the continent + a ton of strong overseas players. This is one is a can't-miss!
High Rez preliminary seeding. Biggest NA event this weekend, with a ton of tri-state talent alongside some notable players like Lui$, Geist, and Smirk, and, um, definitely nothing else noteworthy to mention whatsoever.
Smash Factor X preliminary seeding. This tournament is so sick y'all, super stoked to see a bunch of underrated Mexican talent like AlanDiss, Rox, WaKa, Mustaine, Javi, Leaf, JaZaR, Guilheww, Mauu, Ing. Peru......
Luminosity Makes Moves Miami 2023 updated seeding. A bunch of players move around, notably Leo moving down to 8th and Zomba rising to 5th, as well as Goblin going from 65th to 25th (and all the players I'm rooting for got harder paths😭)

Battle of BC 6 preliminary seeding. Vancouver's premier event is once again a melting pot of smash talent, with big names from NA, Japan, and Europe all coming together. This will be one of the coolest events of the year so don't miss it!
Get On My Level 2023 Preliminary seeding. This is a huge tournament y'all, but I'm especially excited to see Rox and Nair^ compete outside of Mexico for what might be the first time.
Cirque du CFL 3 preliminary seeding. After 3 iterations it's finally a major, featuring Japanese invaders, southern depth, and players from across the states like Zomba, Light, Dabuz, Kola, SHADIC, and ApolloKage. Don't miss the biggest event of the weekend!
GENESIS: Black preliminary seeding is finally here! The final Watch the Throne qualifier event, featuring Zomba, MuteAce, Umeki, Lima, and more. Who will be the last to make it?
Sunrise 2023 updated seeding. Practically an encore to UFA, with seeding pretty heavily revised to reflect those results, and featuring Sisqui, Raflow, and the contingent of Mexican and Canadian invaders including MkLeo and MKBigBoss.
Collision 2024 preliminary seeding. NA holds its second major in as many weeks, featuring a ton of top talent from across the continent, from established names like Tweek, Sparg0, Zomba, Light, and Leo to lower-attendance threats like DDee and Marss!
Port Priority 8 seeding update. Mostly the same as last update, but the 20-22 seeds are shuffled around and there's a lot of movement in the 2nd half of seeding. This is gonna be like one of the most stacked tournaments in Ult history so get ready!
Litvitational 2 preliminary seeding. This invitational is a major, featuring much of a talent you'll see at Cirque du CFL 3 this weekend, with one more qualifier TBD from Boardwalk Smash

Santa Paws preliminary seeding. Highkey one of the most interesting assortment of players at any event this year, from low-attendance monsters like Kola, Pocket, ShinyMark, and Tilde, to players on the rise like SHADIC, Syrup, and Jahzz0, you won't want to miss this tourney!
Bonito Harbor preliminary seeding. Mexico's largest event so far this year features a ton of prominent players like Sparg0, MkLeo, Skyjay, and Maister, as well as Tilde invading from the US.
Super Smash Con 2023 updated seeding. acola and Sparg0 swap the top seeds, while Tilde drops out due to travel, and for the first time I expand one of these graphics out to the top 128 seeds. Reminder that seeding is still not final.
GENESIS X Doubles preliminary seeding. If ever there were a doubles major in NA this would be it, with a mix of tried-and-tested teams and promising first-time pairs and a ton of JP and EU players in addition to the static NA teams. Be sure to check this out!

preliminary seeding. Currently hovering just a few points above the P-tier threshold, this is one of the keystone events of Golden Week, featuring both the top Japanese talent like acola, Miya, and Hurt, alongside strong overseas players like Sparg0, Zomba, and MkLeo!
[12 days of Statsmas] Day 1: SSBU top players by major placement consistency! These graphics rank every player to top cut a major in 2023 by how consistency they made top 8, top 4, grand finals, or won the event.
Battle of BC 6 updated seeding. With Light, Scend, Aaron, and Jakal dropping from the event, brackets are restructured and many top seeds now have entirely new paths. A ton of great players from across the world are in attendance, so be sure not to miss this great event!
Port Priority 8 doubles preliminary seeding. I made it w/out a top player telling me to this time. Probably the closest thing you'll find to a doubles major outside of Japan.
Kawaii Kon 2024 preliminary seeding. Hawaii's biggest event of the year features Tweek, TamaPDaifuku, Gackt, and Larry Lurr alongside most of the Hawaii PR! This is TamaP's first event outside of Japan, so don't miss it!
Port Priority 8 preliminary seeding. Fittingly, this event has hit P-tier, and the seeding reads more like an end-of-year ranking than an attendee list. You don't want to miss this one!
Hex of Sorcerer Vol. X preliminary seeding. Set to be the largest tournament this season, this Mexican B-tier features a ton of prominent Mexican players at both a local and worldwide level. Don't miss it!
CEO 2023 Ultimate Singles preliminary seeding. Biggest NA tournament this upcoming weekend, with a surprising appearance from Yaura (who I expect to place well above their fifth seed).
Collision 2024 final seeding. Some shuffling throughout the bracket since the first iteration, the final bracket is chock full of top players from NA, with a few notables from Europe as well! This event is going to be huge.
Port Priority 8 preliminary seeding (fixed). Featuring 10 of the midyear top 10, 31 of the top 50, and a comprehensive spread of depth players from across North America, the last Premier event of the year is shaping up to be something really special!

Battle of BC 6 Final Seeding. Just a few small shifts from the last update, but the big news is 1st seed Sonix is unfortunately DQing. This means BoBC 6 has dropped from S-tier to A+ tier on Lumirank, and that players like Onin, Doramigi, Ryuoh, BassMage, Schmixtape, and Soar...
Kroger Gaming Presents: The Luminosity Invitational pools and h2h graphic. H2hs are from 2023-2024 only. The event format is round robin pools, 2 from each pool make it out in winners, 2 out in losers, 1 eliminated. The event is this weekend, and it's sure to be hype!
SSBU Open at CECC May Madness 2024 preliminary seeding. This is the largest event in NA this weekend, featuring a mix of Texas players, collegiate talent from across the country, and some top players like Light and Chase. Sonix Light rematch incoming? Be sure to check it out!
Rise 'N Grind 2023 final seeding. Adjustments mostly outside the top 32 seeds, although Dark Wizzy has been raised up a fair bit. On a side note, does anyone know for sure whether or not Tweek is going, because I've heard both yes and no from different sources lol
Lucid 2023 preliminary seeding. A big regional out of Indiana featuring a ton of MidWest talent alongside a surprise visit from Neo, who's staying in the States until after Port Priority.
UltCore Second preliminary seeding. This B+ tier is the largest event of the weekend, and features invaders Glutonny and ApolloKage going up against a cast of strong JP players like Rizeasu, Tsubaki, Toriguri, and Carmelo
Luminosity Makes Moves Miami 2023 Final Seeding. No enormous changes from the last update, but the 9-12 seeds have been shuffled around a bit. With a WTT spot on the line, this one's gonna be really important!
ReWired Fest 2023 preliminary seeding. The largest NA event in a hot second, featuring Marss, 3 top ten players, and a ton of strong depth from across the South and MidWest.

Ultimate Fighting Arena updated seeding (I missed first draft bcuz I was out of town). Set to be the second largest EU event of the year, featuring tons of European stars and the return of Tea and Leo, two former kings of Europe, to the region.
Smash Legends 4 preliminary seeding. Central American smash will see its busiest weekend of the year next week, with 2 B-tier tournaments taking place. This event features a ton of talent from across Latin America.
GENESIS 9 Preliminary Seeding. A lot of cool players here, a bunch of JP players we don't usually see in NA as well as a ton of EU players back for the first time in awhile.
Bracket implications: one of Demon, Fendeavor, Ako, or Skeleton makes Winners Top 64 where they play winner of Shuton/big chungus, and Hero and Kurama are now seeded to play for 97th
Tech Republic VII preliminary seeding. Set to be the biggest event of the weekend, this is a classic EU major featuring many of the best players from across the continent. Don't miss it!
Ultimate Fighting Arena 2023 doubles seeding. A couple interesting teams here, like Nokcha and Phoenix who made top 6 at doubles last year, and BassMage and Tea, the two floating spheres of death.
The LumiRank cards this year are rlly good, but they've gotten some criticisms for lacking some info that was on the mid-year cards, notably the "Unranked Losses" section.

Low Tide City 2024 preliminary seeding. The largest event in NA this weekend is this Texas B+ tier national, featuring both strong local talent like SHADIC and MuteAce and invaders like Dabuz, Chase, Capitancito, MVD, Lima, and more! Be sure to check it out!
Best of the West II: Misfire preliminary seeding. Another big Mexican B+ tier hits the scene, featuring staple Mexican talent like Leo, Sparg0, and Skyjay alongside plenty of US invaders from Arizona, SoCal, and the PNW.

Level 1 Final Seeding. Biggest EU event this weekend, and an UltRank B-tier featuring a lot of top Irish players plus plenty of out of region invaders.
Gourmet Bash 3 preliminary seeding. Canada's first B-tier of the year features a ton of Ontario's top talent, like Riddles, Blacktwins, NotBrayden, and more, alongside invader BeastModePaul!
Port Priority 8 is still two months out, but they're doing live seeding in the meantime. Final seeding should look very different from this, but just take in the number of top players from around the world planning to attend, this event is going to be wild!
