Coil around a weighted rear leg with tension in your rear scapula to the spine. This arrests the forward momentum and removes the slack in the arms so you can send it.

Parent sent me this 🎥 so I thought I I’d share. When working w/ younger hitters off of a tee, remind them to keep their eyes up at at the “pitcher” or “sights up” at set up. This stops that huge over rotation young players get into.

The weight is on the rear leg. The forward move is countered by the rear scapula. Tug-of-war between the rear leg and back muscles creates stretch & the hands turn the barrel to imitate launch. The instant it starts its over.
