Important note. A lot of noise is being made about how the six men who tragically died off the French coast were Afghanis, who would've likely been eligible for asylum in the UK. The French coastguard have said they were Afghanis, based on what the other migrants told them.

@GaryLineker Not allowing UK citizens to go through eGates is a political choice made by EU member states, not a consequence of Brexit. One that Spain, Portugal, Italy and others have already reversed. You do not need to be in the EU to use eGates. It is a political choice. Nothing more.
