Some Besties ordered more than one signed order…(naughty) - there is some speculation that UMG will cancel if more than one order was placed. Does anyone know if this is hearsay or true?

I’m going to need to see some proof before immediately believing that UMG will cancel orders if you placed more than one order. I feel like someone said this and everyone just ran with it without knowing if it’s true or not, and its now causing mass paranoia lmao

📣 Educated Opinion : UMG is using a 32 ECT box for the fragile snow globes which is the most BASIC level of corrugated box. One of the main DISADVANTAGES of this box is this strength. NOT suitable for fragile items and long distances. Factor this + poor packaging = 💀⚰️💔

@SwiftieSpice @UMG That was my point - if they 1.) didn’t order a signed cd it’s a moot point…case closed 2.) they have no number or serial # in place to track signed photos Fans shouldn’t get pushback on something when they are showing best level of proof the situation allows

YES!!! Have seen this many times…often times it is because UMG is delivering to a residential building where package goes missing… Recent issues have been in part to UMG blasting “Taylor Merch” on shipping label

@UMG has a very big problem on their hands. @FTC @linakhanFTC we have kindly asked for their team to send a formal notice to impacted customers to inform on resolution expectations . They refuse… Fans paid for a ‘signed’ CD and received “unsigned.” Trying to get resolution

Think @UMG owes it to their consumer to let us know what is going on…they are the only source for @taylorswift13 merch. Many of us have credits that we can’t use (with a 6 month expiration date) - we would respect them telling us they need a minute to clean up…not go silent.

It would be proactive if @UMG sent an email to the customers that purchased signed #TTPD and let them know they are aware of situation and working to rectify solution for those impacted. Doesn’t help when service reps are giving conflicting solution support.
