j6[c] is a mid on frames 9-13 on all characters but wald, mika, and gord. Before frame 9 its a high, and after frame 13 its a high. For the exceptions, its only a high after frame 13. If you've ever had this move shielded low this is why, more than likely a coding error. #UNIclr
