Phiona Rukundo was knocked by a UPDF pick up on the 29th Dec 2021. She lost an arm & her cousin who was travelling with her on a boda boda.State house gave the family 5m in Jan 2022 which they used to clear debts. She needs 4m for an operation. UPDF says they are not responsible
