I saw Salem’s Lot was trending and I just wanted to say that taking everything into consideration, particularly my age when I first watched it (11), I still consider this to be the most frightening scene from any #horror movie I’ve ever seen. It absolutely terrified me.

My Mom gave birth to seven kids in eleven years and raised us with little help from my alcoholic father. When my parents divorced in 1980 she went back to work full time to support us kids, six of whom were under the age of 18. Often taking the bus when her car wouldn’t run. 1/2

It was only a matter of time. The @paulGtremblay Wing has taken over a second shelf. Geez. If Paul were as prolific as @StephenKing I’d have to put an addition on my house! The books on the top shelf are all signed. The ones on the bottom are waiting (semi) patiently!

Man. I have found myself in a bit of a quandary. I have long considered DISAPPEARANCE AT DEVIL’S ROCK to be my favorite @paulGtremblay book. Kind of a favorite among favorites, if you will. It was my first and remains my most nostalgic Tremblay read. However… 1/5

How cool is this?! Last night I put up this shelf of beautiful reclaimed wood and bracketed it with industrial black pipe fittings. It’s 4ft long and holds a LOT of books! And best of all? My library finally got its Tremblay Wing!! @paulGtremblay

I just found out my friend Eddie passed away tonight. He’d been in poor health the past couple of years but it’s still a bit of a surprise. I just saw him last week and he looked well. He was one of the greatest guys I’ve ever known and I’m gonna miss him like hell. #RIPEddie ❤️

The moment @claymcleod noticed me at his book event last night he came over, put his hand on my shoulder, and asked me what was going on and was I ok. I told him I was fine and really enjoying my time away from social media, which is absolutely true. It’s been pretty great. 1/4
