Reasons why lurk commands can be useful: - Mods notifying you that they need to step away. - Stops you trailing on a conversation with a viewer that's stepped back and is chilling. - A way to show that you are there without being an active chatter.

Do NOT mention your own streams, your stream schedule, that you're about to stream in a live streamer's chat. The only time it is ever okay to talk about your streams is when asked by the person streaming. Until then - don't bring it up. It's not productive to making connections.

If I'm emotional tonight whilst fighting Malenia, it's because I just got my final edits back for my PhD thesis. My supervisor called it "exceptional" and that it's "some really special work throughout." Minor typos and a bit to fix in my introduction and then I can submit!
