Packers LB Clay Matthews takes a liner off the face pitching in the charity softball game at Fox Cities Stadium. Immediately left the field. Hope he's ok

SNEAK PEEK: The Packers will debut enhancements for player intros on TNF vs. TEN. Spotlights, strobe lighting, and awesome new videos will be on display at Lambeau Field. Looks pretty cool (and yes, tonight they practiced an intro for Randall Cobb, who is eligible to come off IR)
There was also this during Mark Murphy's interview:
Q: Is there a scenario where Aaron is still the starting QB of the Packers next season?
MURPHY: Yeah, I mean unless, if things don't work out the way we want them, yeah, we would. He is obviously a great player."
You know what I just realized? Not only are the Packers playing 5 games in 5 weeks in 5 diff cities (London-GB-WASH-BUF-DET)... but Wash has a long leadup to matchup coming off TNF, and Bills have their bye week before Packers visit. It's a tough stretch for Green Bay.
Tramon Williams, who was on the wrong end of Seattle’s overtime touchdown pass in the 2014 NFC Championship, has spoken about his return to Green Bay as a blessing, allowing that not to be is final Packers memory. Imagine the joy he would have making an interception this weekend
If I am Gutekunst, I am ok with this taking all the way until the draft to sort out. If I don't get what I want in the trade, I'm not giving the Jets & Rodgers what they want either. Gutey holds more leverage than most people think. The Jets & Rodgers need this more than GB.

next year, can't wait to work with LaFleur after success of Henry, Gurley, & Freeman. He's in ATL, but won't go to a SB game until he's playing in one. Recent checkup showed knee is great.

I’m alive! And I’m back! Thanks for those who reached out. My wife and I welcomed our 2nd child earlier this summer and took some time off to bond with little Josiah. God is good!

president Mark Murphy just told me “We’re playing.” Despite turf issues where they had to move CFL goal posts back in Winnipeg, it’s game on tonight in Canada

5 years ago today, Jordy Nelson catches a 60-yard bomb from Aaron Rodgers to set up a game-winning field goal from Mason Crosby against the Bears.

Asked Davante Adams if OBJ was out of luck on his jersey swap request after not signing with GB. Adams says he sent a jersey to the Rams' locker room, but with the message, just don't put a hole in the wall this time (OBJ punched a hole in wall after NYG playoff loss in '16)
We are finally seeing the full effect of LaFleur’s
#Packers
offense today w/ running backs, tight ends, & receivers all involved in pass game, Rodgers using his legs too. It took until Week 7, but the team posted a 5-1 record while we waited. They look beyond dangerous.
Former Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum right now on ESPN echoing a sentiment I totally believe: "The Packers are sitting there with all the leverage in the world."
Aaron Rodgers is putting on a clinic at practice again, play fake run right, rollout left, 60-Yard TD throw back across his body to MVS… right window throw deep right to Adams, beautiful back-shoulder to MVS back on the left side
#Clinical
Talking to Adrian Amos in the locker room, he’s staying steady in his belief that the
#Packers
defense can be great. For him, it’s about consistency. Amos knows the praise after Week 1 & criticism after Week 4 are to be tuned out. He says even the best defenses have bad games.
@EmmanuelAcho
Sabonis got what he had coming to him. He was going to get stepped on either way after grabbing the foot, it's just physics. But the stomp was a little extra. I would've called offsetting technicals and left it at that. (the soccer-style injury faking was easy to see through)
The
#Packers
path to the playoffs is growing better by the minute.
#ItsHappening
! Vikings poor performance in Seattle shows cracks in foundation. Could they lose 2 more to open door for Packers? It’s not unreasonable. At all.
Was great to catch up with former

The only other time Aaron Rodgers threw a pick six at Lambeau Field? He won in overtime that day as well by the same exact score! 27-24! (2017 vs. Bengals)
Who cares that Aaron Jones now has 1000 yards. That doesn’t mean anything if the Packers can’t get it going on the scoreboard. Sleepy start to a season finale with huge meaning.
Packers president Mark Murphy talking on the WIAA GBB state broadcast right now: confirms Jets received permission to talk to Rodgers "we are really hopeful we can find a resolution that works for Aaron and works for us"
Sad as it is, the Packers need to make a jumbrotron video that says “stop doing wave, offense on field” ... unintelligent Packers fans do it almost every week making noise while Rodgers is trying to work 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
To everyone going back out into the now-opening public, please do as doctors recommend, assume you have it and try like mad to avoid giving it to others. Don’t let your guard down. Legally open doesn’t mean inherently safe. Look out for each other.
Rodgers said instead of getting surgery on his knee after the season, he decided to go a different route with it. Talked about traveling to Hawaii and New Zealand.

Every time Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady have met…Brady has gone on to win the Super Bowl. — sounds like one of those stats where I’m going to say the winner has gone on the win the whole thing. Nope, hasn’t mattered who won, Brady has gone on to win the Super Bowl. (Silly stat)

Matt LaFleur's message to Jordan Love with uncertainty if Love will be the guy when he returns for camp: "Same message it has been all the time. You are only 1 play away so you have to prepare like you are the starter... he has embraced the situation and learning"
Married my best friend and adventure buddy this weekend! So in love with MY WIFE Katie Abata (can't believe I get to call her my wife from this day until my last!)
🤣 I can tell you, several
#Packers
players have publicly or privately disparaged the MNF broadcast crew. Fans aren’t the only ones rolling their eyes at the product ESPN puts forward with its broadcast of MNF. Sad to see. Hasn’t been good since Tirico left.
Thompson may have drawn ire of Packers fans in recent years, but history will remember him as the man of foresight who drafted Rodgers and told Favre no to a come-back. Terrific career. Not the end he wanted. But a great career.
Rodgers could return “if things don’t work out the way that we would want them"
That's the headliner quote from Mark Murphy, addressing Aaron Rodgers' future with the Packers this afternoon.

Packers must up the ante and ratchet up noise at Lambeau Field as GB set to start amazing stretch with 5 of 6 games at home. Rodgers tells fans to not tell other fans to sit down, LaFleur implores fans to get crazy loud like Chicago
Packers ILB Quay Walker owned up to his mistake, letting emotions get better of him, leading to ejection. He was the first to talk in the locker room after the game.
