You choke the wash basin with gutkha & then blame railways for lack of cleanliness. In surprise check of few trains,in majority of the trains the same issue was noticed.Yes there is deficiency in our service delivery, but most of the problems are just due to lack of civic sense.

Yes this is a Govt Office building. It has been 8 months since we shifted but you will not find a single stain of pan. The first day we found spit on the floor we went through CCTV & got hold of the person. There are boards warning & mentioning they are under CCTV surveillance.

One of the best thing during my preperation days at ORN was aspirants use to be very simple. It was not crowded with fancy saloons which we find currently.I use to have hair cut of zero size. It saved both money & time.(FYI-Nothing wrong in being stylish)
