The SBC w like 2 recognize the efforts of 3 schools during this pandemic’s upheaval. Hopewell, Gibsonburg, Margaretta, thinking outside the box 2 keep FB going. MHS/H-LHS move week 3 game 2 Sat, GHS/H-LHS move wk 2 to Monday. Easy, nope! Got it done! ADAPT, ADJUST, & OVERCOME!
It was good to see Friday night lights again. Whether it was a scrimmage or not, everyone wins tonight!!! Thank you for those who tried to follow the guidelines. It has to be done for the student-athlete’s cause!
What a night in front of a sold out gym. Schools don’t get to be a part of something like this very often and sometimes ever. Both communities should be proud and on top of that got to see an epic game of resolve between both squads. CONGRATS to all involved and 2 the LADY RED.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if 3 SBC Volleyball Teams were Regioal Champions? Tune in as Perkins, Huron, and Tiffin Calvert have that chance today! Good luck to all!!!!!!
The SBC has a team in the state finals in Volleyball, three other teams make it to the regionals. Now, one team will make it to the final four in D3 football.

During this time of unprecedented closure of schools & sports, the SBC would like 2 offer our condolences 2 the class of 2020. It’s not something anyone would’ve ever wished. On a side note, stay in contact w/ coaches/teammates & hope for the best! They r a 2nd family, SBC, SBC!
It is always sad 2 c change in leadership. Tough shoes 2 follow in very uncertain times. Jerry Snodgrass has done an outstanding job in what can b stated as the toughest of times. Covid, transfers, tournament costs, and etc, yet he was always a professional & easily accessible!
