Shame man. If you’re ever in this situation, let the current take you out, don’t fight it just keep your head above water, when you feel it’s no longer pushing you out then swim diagonally for about 20 to 30 m (about 1 to 2 min swimming time) then head back for the shore.

Medical Aid isn't a scam guys. When you truly need it, it comes through. Finally got all the claims for my wife and sons hospital stay and it clocked in at just under R400K. My medical aid covered all of it. No co-pays or short payment on accounts. Every last cent was covered.
