Today, we remember Lieutenant Nicholas Taylor RN, a Sea Harrier pilot from 800 Naval Air Squadron (flying from HMS Hermes) who was shot down over Goose Green. He is one of only two Falklands Conflict personnel killed in action who remain in their original graves.

We were very saddened to hear about the death of Sapper Norman Lewis yesterday, aged 102. Norman was captured by the Germans in 1940 and held as a POW in Poland for five years until he embarked on an epic 10,000-mile escape. Our condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Norman.
