My team and I removed a fist sized calculi (stone) from a neo ceacocystoplasty (new bladder) I performed in 1998 (Kagando) for an inoperable vvf. Still testing the kidney transplant theater and tightening any loose ends as we gear up for the real thing. #futurefortheprepared .
