Story time: Thursday I went to the eye doctor bc I had this weird blurry spot in my right eye. After doing a normal eye exam the doctor told me my eyes were that of a 70 year old with arthritis. I can see fine but I had some retinal bleeding. He sent me to a specialist right 1/5

What if a law was passed making it so that if an officers body camera was turned off for any reason and he was accused of excessive force, planting evidence, etc.. then he was guilty unless he could prove his innocence another way. I feel like that may help.
