Today marks 4 weeks I stopped drinking sodas, energy drinks, and sugar in my coffee. Used to drink 1 Coke a day, 4-5 cups of coffee with sugar, Starbucks and Red Bulls almost daily. Drinking WAY more water now. Feels pretty good.
