It feels like "Groundhog Day" across SE TX...Rain will continue today with an avg of 1-3" expected. Smaller areas of 4-8" totals are possible. Once the rain ends, be mindful that rivers will continue to be swollen for days (possibly weeks). Stay safe, & turn around, don't drown!
