@GChernack You mean the actual issue of the case? Why would twitter experts discuss such a thing?!?

Justice Thomas described an entity as an “LTD” rather than as an “LLC” on some federal paperwork and we all seemed to have just moved on with our lives. Unbelievable. I’m literally shaking. #Impeach

Only a few days have passed, and folks have already stopped talking about how Clarence Thomas knows people who use Venmo. Ugh. This is how corruption gets swept under the rug.

Both parties essentially agreed that the DC Circuit’s approach was wrong. So the next steps will be tough to sort out. (The silliness of the DC Circuit’s analysis should have been obvious up front, but twitter experts had a political interest in defending it.)

Accurate or not, I think federal judges should avoid comments on issues like this.

We're nearing the point in the SCOTUS "corruption" narrative where a Justice accepts a bite of someone else's Bloomin' Onion without paying for it.

My parents bought TurboTax disks from Costco, which is itself wild. But today, they returned the disks because TurboTax computed a suspiciously large refund (“the software must be broken”). I wish I were making this up. #TaxDay
