[PIP-038] enacted🌈 Following a successful vote, the proposal to boost $ULTRA liquidity has been enacted. $ULTRA from the fee receiver was deposited to the ULTRA<>USDC pool and transferred back to it, helping users who need to buy $ULTRA to manage their LRT vaults.
