Apparently @HEBobiwine didn't get a single vote at some polling stations in Wakiso&Mukono. I mean,no single vote. As in zero. Like nothing nothing! This was the most miraculous election ever. Some votes were about to go to Maureen Kyalya despite not being in the race.
