On this day in 2009 our colleague Stephen Carroll was murdered while protecting our community.
Always remembered and sadly missed by your friends and colleagues.

We remember a colleague who went to work 13 years ago, responding to a call to protect the community, and because of the cowardly actions of others never made it home.
Forever in our thoughts.
