I recently worked on this case for some 280 Claimants. We were successful against a Cypriot building developer, Alpha Panareti, in the High Court for negligent advice given to the Claimants prior to purchasing holiday homes in Cyprus. Quantum to be assessed.

@swaledalebirds_ @CL4M0art I would add that law has many functions. It can be a preventative tool to stop people discriminating if they know it is in place, but also acts as a remedy for those who have been mistreated under it. Society will never be perfect so it is important that structures are in place.
