Next time you see some diet quack with a book to sell cozying up to Mercola, remind them of his dangerous anti-vaxine garbage. This stuff kills people. Noakes, Teicholz, Taubes and Malhotra have already done interviews for his website. Dinicolantonio co-wrote a book with him.

Pretty much all nuts and seeds, plus dairy, many meats & a massive chunk of fruit and veg cannot be eaten within an hour of harvest. NOTHING in the supermarket was in a field an hour earlier.

It is a great shame that people don’t get as angry about poverty as they do about processed food. But in accepting that poverty is the cause of illness, that would mean actually having to do things to address it, and perhaps giving up some of their own middle class privilege.
