I hate most of the irrational nonsense spouted by religion & I believe secularism is the way forward. I like it because it not only separates church from state, and hence freedom from religion, but it also protects the right to worship whatever god you like. That’s important too.

A woman in Indonesia has had her appeal against a #blasphemy conviction rejected. Her 'crime' was to complain that a mosque's loudspeakers were too loud. Blasphemy laws are an abomination that should be repealed wherever they exist.
