Sonic Generations (like Colors) had a very barebones story that was in direct response to past criticism of how lore heavy and serious past games were So I can’t get over how this new Shadow campaign seems to DIRECTLY OPPOSE THAT, and LEANS INTO THE SERIOUSNESS AGAIN LIKE, YES!

What Arlo said here is EXACTLY how I felt about Sonic Superstars. Aside from the later half of the games bosses, I loved Superstars fully. And I’m a 2D Sonic purist, I never really encountered any glitches or whatever, I just had fun. I genuinely don’t see the hate at all.

You didn’t have to buy the discs one by one
