In a special meeting Monday, the NSAA indicated it's sticking with plans to open fall sports as scheduled, with practices beginning Aug. 10, but schools in the Metro area may wait longer
Mike Daum became the first Nebraska native in NCAA history to score 3,000 points in a career.
He's also the 10th player all-time to achieve that mark in Division I men's basketball.
Football and other high school sports in the fall in Nebraska could take place even if students aren’t in school buildings, according to the executive director of the NSAA.
