#voiceactors It's important to develop relationships with fellow VAs and clients, but please don't try to befriend someone solely for the purpose of getting work. The connections have to be genuine. It's a bad move to ask actors to get you an agent or being on a studio's roster.

#voiceactors How do you feel about joining Discord servers to audition for a project? I've seen a few casting calls that require you to join a server just to audition for something. I'm personally not a fan, but I'm always down to hear others' input on this. What's your thoughts?

#voiceactors What are some of your biggest struggles during recording? For me, I'm still working on diction, and slowing down when I'm performing. I've noticed I'm a fast talker, and it bungles my enunciation from time to time. What's something you're working to get better with?

Hey @YouTube , could I get your attention on something? Your automated system has flagged Project Shadow, a short film where a 12 year old girl gets shot and killed by the military as 'Made for Kids'. Also the main protagonist literally holds up a gun to said military.

#castingdirectors If you really need to send a rejection email, don't word it as if the actor wasn't good enough. Make it short, sweet, and to the point. Oh, and don't be condescending about it neither. Saying you hated someone's voice is not only unprofessional, it's super rude.

Hey y'all. I'll be real here. Over the last few weeks, I almost considered giving up VO. I've had terrible anxiety, family problems, and the constant grind mentality nearly gave me burnout. I know I'll push past the hurdles and dry spells. I've been struggling a lot recently.
