Starting July 1, 2024, all E-1 to E-4 Sailors will be part of Apprentice Advancement Alignment. They will now be advanced based on their time in service; no more advancement quotas for E-4.

Check out the Fiscal Year 2021 Active-Duty E-7 quotas.
This year a phased series of boards are evaluating the records of 18,018 eligible first class petty officers, looking to fill 4,765 quotas in the Navy's chiefs mess. That's an overall chance to advance of 26 percent.
E7 results have been signed. Timeline: Tue, 7AUG ~11am EDT, triads can access results in BOL; Wed, 8 AUG, ~11am EDT, NAVADMIN will be released. Wed, 8 AUG, All Hands will post at ~11am EDT. We will share link here & on FB as soon as we have it. Good luck!
