Went to urgent care. I fractured my foot.there is a chip taken out of the ankel joint. They wrapped it and I got a boot and crutches. Have to see an ORTHOPEDIC doctor. In the mean time no weight bearing. RICE (Rest. Ice. Compression and Elevate.

@POTUS I left my job to be my Mom's 24/7 caregiver. At that time there was no help from any where financially. Until you are in that position you will never know what it is like. By the Grace of God, I took car of her for 6 years.
