I GOT PARTNER ๐๐๐
I would have never been able to accomplish this without the support of you all. In a way I wish this wasn't just mine I wish I could share it with everyone who helped make it possible. You all are amazing and I want to continue to help you all hit your goals.
I think as a streamer we need friends that also stream not just for networking purposes but because no one else in our life understands streaming besides someone that does it too. Share your dreams with other streamers and work together ๐
I just wanna give a huge shout out to all the streamers who work full time jobs, find time to network, and still find time to stream. You all are so amazing and I know it's rough ๐
Streamers and content creators:
Have you ever met someone in the content creation community who acted like a good friend but turned out to be a shitty person? Either because of clout or because they were trying to use you in one way or another?
Iโm trying to see something ๐ค
I just want to tell every streamer who gets around 30 or more viewers. Please do not forget about the people who get 1-5 views I've been trying to stop by more streams like this and then I notice how amazing these streamers really are. They just need that little push.
If this tweet gets 1,000 likes I'll choose one person in the comments and I'll give them $200 and maybe I'll even choose two people.
LETS GET THIS BREAD.
โ๏ธSTOP HATING ON NEW STREAMERS
They may not know exactly what they are doing but that's why you help them learn.
I'm sure you networked differently when you first started right? Give them advice instead of putting them down.
Someone got mad at me because I was hanging out in streams that got a little more viewers than my own.
Someone decided to say I was just trying to use them so I could grow.
In all honesty I hang out in streams I really enjoy no matter the size because I want to have fun
I really want to start gaming with other streamers but I am so shy. If any of you ever want to play just comment on this post and tell me what games you play ๐ค. You can also dm me but it may take me awhile to get back to you.
When you find out you're partnered and the first thing you say is "HOLY TIT BALLS" LMAO!!! Twitch staff trolled the crap out of me in the best way possible ๐๐๐๐
If you are a variety streamer then like this tweet and if you stick to one game then retweet it. Iโll start it off by saying I am a variety streamer.
@nowuseealy
The thing is I've watched her streams and she's actually a really nice girl. She has boobs and she shows them off so what? It's people's choices to watch it and people do. She's very interactive with her chat and she's so nice.
You all seriously went above and beyond!!!! Originally all I wanted was to hit 100 viewers and you all helped me stay at 190 viewers!!!! And we maxed at 289 like words can't even explain how I feel. Dropping them happy tears ๐ญ
I'm probably going to regret this but here's a no makeup selfie. I'm so hard on myself because I have dry skin and zits. If you look next to my lip I have a bump. My eyebrows are super wack. But I want you all to love me for me.
I work my ass off and my parents decided to hate on my life style and act like I don't do shit. I just wish I could show them how hard I work. Just makes me want to cry. I wish they believed in me. How am I supposed to believe in myself?
I think being streamers we all get depressed sometimes because
We are constantly playing games.
Were constantly watching streams from our computers.
Doing as much networking as possible from our phones.
If any of you ever need someone to talk to just know I'm here๐
I've noticed so many streamers cheating the system recently to get views. I just want to say I am so proud of myself for getting where I am today from working hard and I have an amazing community. They hang out with me in other streams and genuinely care about me.
If you are dating someone that is a twitch streamer please don't let your jealousy get the best of you. Tweeting people publicly and starting shit that doesn't need to be started can look badly on the streamer and it will 100% turn people away. Jealousy can be an ugly thing.
I think twitch should make a section where it's easier for smaller streamers to get noticed. They have 2 million streamers on twitch now so people can't just search through a game and get noticed. Everyone just has to hope that other streamers will be about support for support
Honestly I don't help out streamers just for networking purposes I mostly do it because seeing people smile even when I just come in makes me smile. Then how happy they get when I bring friends it's just a great feeling ๐
As a gamer please don't forget to go outside and get some fresh air. Whether it's just a ten minute walk or you go out with your friends. Do it for you and your mental health it'll go such a long way. I just want you all to feel good. Being inside all the time can bring you down.
Stop talking about men being pieces of shit. 1. It's hypocritical. 2. Not all men are pieces of shit so stop putting them in the same category. To all the sweet guys out there I'll buy you some chocolates and flowers to make up for all the people who think you are pieces of shit
When you see someone who has a lot of followers will you be more likely to follow them? For me if I like your tweets or content I'm following you no matter what. However many followers you have doesn't matter to me lol.
I follow people because they interact with me and hang out in my streams. I don't care about how many people I follow. If I like your shit then I'm going to hit that button.
I think streamers should be careful when it comes to flirting with other streamers. You don't want to be known as the streamer who flirts with everyone.
I think streamers need to stop bringing each other down.
Why talk bad about one another when we all have our problems we aren't all perfect.
That's why it's better to work together and be here for one another.
I'm not going to let the haters bring me down anymore.
If you want to actually make friends on twitch then don't just message people saying "follow for follow?" Message them asking what they want to accomplish with streaming, how far they want to go, and what their end game is. Getting to know a streamer will go a long way.
I am so tired of people coming in my stream and dropping the N word. I had someone come into my chat and found a way around my automod and just spammed it. I also had someone tell me in really rude ways how stupid I was. This is not a way to treat a streamer.
I hate that over the last few years I had horrible anxiety about playing with other streamers. It wasn't because I didn't want to, I'm just scared that people won't like me.
I hate how just because some girl streamers are attractive guys just assume that's why they get views and followers. The thing is people might check your stream out because you're attractive but you have to have a good personality for people to stay. Give grill gamers a break.
I think one of the hardest things of networking is messaging a guy when your a female or a guy messaging a girl. Because sometimes one can get flirty with the other and what if you are just trying to network and find a new pal to play with?
One thing I notice people do is they follow and then unfollow a lot.
Follow someone because you like their tweets or their streams not just for a follow back.
You know support doesn't only go with watching someone's stream. Interacting and liking tweets can go a long way too.
This is my shit advice tweet of the day take it and like it or shove it up your ass. Pls and thank you.
A great way to help out a streamer
โ Like their going live tweet.
โ Retweet their going live tweet.
โ Host their channel even if it's for one viewer.
โ Leave a tab up for them.
All of these of so helpful, takes seconds to do, and let's the streamer know you care.
I think that if you grow as a variety streamer whether you are big or small it shows you have what it takes to be a good streamer. It means people aren't watching you for the game they are watching you for YOU. Being a variety streamer is so hard. Just keep trying your best ๐
It sucks when you think someone is your friend and they out of nowhere unfollow you.
It just leaves me to question what I did wrong?
I know I'm not perfect but I'm out here trying my best to help not one person but multiple.
If I did something wrong then I'm sorry.
I hate that I compare myself to other streamers. Iโll see them doing so well and then I just put myself down. I know that I am growing and Iโll continue to grow so I have no idea why I do this to myself ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐ซ
I don't think streamers should ever be rude to one another. We all have the same goal and we all work our asses off so we should work together to reach those goals not be enemies.
If you unfollow me and don't give me a reason why then I'm 100% going to unfollow you back. It's insane how many friends I've seen unfollow me. I'm sorry if I can't always respond to tweets or messages. I have so many, I'm always on twitch, and I'm trying to make time for myself
I think following people and unfollowing those people who end up following you back is a terrible way of networking on twitter because the thing is people notice and then they will unfollow you.
I'll do my first ever partner stream tomorrow ๐ค
I'm so nervous about it which is why I've been holding off the last few days.
Never forget this isn't the end its just a new beginning ๐
I got my twitch payout yesterday and I just want to say thank you for helping me make streaming a reality. Starting out I never thought it'd be possible for me to make any kind of living off of streaming. The fact that I can buy groceries with my payout is so amazing. Thank you.
I won't lie I get so jealous of girls who show off their bodies. And it's not because they are stealing my views. It's because that takes a shit ton of confidence. And I just don't feel pretty enough to do it.
One thing I'd like to mention is:
Never ask a streamer to raid you.
If they like you and want to support you then they will.
Definitely don't ask for a raid if you've never even caught the streamers stream.
I know this has been preached about before it's just important
My stepdad just pooped on me calling me lazy and said I don't do "anything" when I said "I've saved up a little bit from streaming" he says "that's not a real job!!!" I get that right now it's not a job but it's my dream. I just wish he supported it more.
The offer still stands if I hit 30k followers then I'll give someone $1000 who likes this tweet and follows me ๐.
I have a little money saved up and I want to use that to make someone smile.
If people like your streams then they will show up even when you don't network. And if they don't then they never liked your content to begin with. You want networking to bring people in but they should end up liking you for you. If they don't then they aren't worth your time.
I just want every streamer to know you guys are all amazing big or small. We all work our asses off. People who don't stream obviously don't realize how much work we put into this and how important it is for us. Just always remember you will be rewarded for all your hard work ๐
Every night that I'm not streaming I'm going to pick one person and try to bring as many people into their stream. So if you see my tweet then come hang out with me the alicats and all the tweethearts ๐๐๐ I just want to make someone smile and the more people the merrier.
Sometimes I still wonder how I got partner. My stream quality isnโt that great because I donโt have a good pc yet. I just see so many content creators who put so much work in their streams that deserve it way more. Just donโt ever give up on your dreams. Keep pushing.
I've come to realize streaming fortnite is extremely toxic. I would say 20 or 30 people got banned in my stream last night for saying some of the rudest things I've ever seen. People should know that streaming is hard enough don't make it even harder by being assholes.
I may not be able to support everyone with money right now but you bet your ass I can support you by bringing some of my favorite friends/streamers along with me into your streams and try to help you smash some goals ๐
