Today marks 4 months since beginning my changes. I’ve been reflecting on it this morning. I realized that my focus of creating new/better SUSTAINABLE habits has been the difference this time around and will be why I will succeed now and in the long term.

I’m cautiously optimistic that #Phillies Alec Bohm could finally have a power breakout - The hit tool & power metrics have been there - Improved GB% in 2022 - 3rd HR of spring today & has barely hit any GBs so far this spring - Added 10-15 lbs of muscle
