Looking for an accountant for a large firm. Required qualifications:
1. CPA
2. Bachelor's degree
3. 5 years experience in a high volume environment
Note:
Contract will be for 2 years
Salary: Kshs. 15,000 per month
Benefits: NSSF, NHIF & executive chair in the office

you cannot spend more than half a million going to school then get paid such a salary I am hoping this is a big joke, you cannot live on 15k per month anywhere in Kenya that's equivalent to working for free

I can relate this from certain institution.
Their allowances are up to Ksh 80,000
But the basic pay!

Labour exploitation is a major problem in Kenya. Degree, CPA and 5yrs of experience attracts 15K monthly salary. My domestic manager earns 20k plus NHIF. Lets be serious.
