How different are Americans from Europeans? Americans can't go through a subtitled movie for 2 hours while Europeans go through the non-subtitled, non-dubbed Sanremo for 25 hours without understanding a word and absolutely loving it. That different.

If people are voting and they feel like their vote doesn't matter at all, expect people to react like this. The jury gave her so many points that it was almost impossible for the audience to make any difference. And the song isn't THAT good to earn that big of an advantage. 2/3

An overwhelming televote win should have an advantage over an overwhelming jury win. ~150 people taking away such a winner from millions is just nonsense. People are watching Eurovision bc they want songs like Cha Cha Cha. Taking that away from them will only hurt the contest.

Rajko Dujmić, who composed Rock Me that brought Eurovision to Zagreb, Ja sam za ples (Yugoslavia 1987) and Mangup (Yugoslavia 1988), died today as a result of a car accident he was involved in on July 29. His work will always be cherished. May he rest in peace.
