Jeff Leiden the CEO of Vertex which makes a potentially life saving cystic fibrosis drug that NHS says is unaffordable was paid £14.4 in cash/shares last year! It costs patients £105k per year for the drug. There are currently 10,000 plus children/young adults who suffer from CF.
