One of the nicest gifts this year was this from my sister. She had my mum’s handwriting, which was beautiful, inscribed on a Christmas ornament. My mum died in 2014 but her penmanship lives on!

Covid Update: I’ve been off this week after testing positive Monday. I’m triple vaxxed and my symptoms weren’t awful, but certainly unpleasant. Raw throat, coughing, sneezing, overall body aches and general lethargy. Super tired all day.

As I was leaving the #Oilers game last night, I opened the door at the end of Fort Hall and held it for a couple of people. Everyone started saying thank-you, so I just kept holding the door for about 5 minutes and everyone’s gratefulness was the highlight of my week.
