Said this before, but need to repeat: if you are a Division I player (or believe yourself to be one) you can't disappear for huge stretches of HS games. There can't be a quarter where nobody remembers you were on the floor.

I can name 10 kids off the top of my head who were told not to come back to school by coaches. Everybody in the transfer portal isn't there by choice. They just get glossed over to fit the narrative that all the players are selfish though..... 🙄

Sad to hear St. Maria Goretti (Md.) is closing at the end of the school year. Goretti was one of the first places outside of the Beltway that we ever held DMVelite events. Great environment, and they had some really nice teams/players to cover over the years. #DMVhoops
