I write a diary on every war night in Gaza. I share human details about my life like other Gazans living under war.

Today in Gaza, I no longer believe we will get out of this alive via

After I shared my latest tweet. A huge bombing hit very close to our home without warning. I woke up to the shattered glass smashing on my head. I immediately covered my 2-month baby with my body, picked him up and ran away. STOP the War. We’re dying.

Al-Jazeera correspondent Walid Al-Omari: Sherin Abu Aqleh was deliberately killed by an Israeli sniper, after shooting her in the head with live bullet, and there were no confrontations with gunmen in the place, as the Israeli media claims.
Until this moment, I still can’t intake the brutality of this moment.
Blowing up the Palestine square neighbourhood where my home WAS.
Our building was levelled down to the ground after this explosion, erasing an entire area. So much pain on our little memories left behind.

It’s a huge struggle to get any connection to internet. We’re living a total blackout. People go to places to charge their mobiles and get a short access to Internet. We only hear the sounds of bombing around without being able to identify where they hit.
Been away from news. Our daily life lately revolves around power outages, dwindling food and water resources, internet cut, and evacuating from a place to another. We're grappling with a profound sense of isolation, abandonment, and being submerged in our own distress.
No words to describe the situation at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital central Gaza. dead bodies, mourners and funeral prayers every minute. News of bombing and destruction around the clock and displaced families everywhere. Who can stop all this chaos? Who can stop all this pain?
No body understands what's going on. While eyes are on Rafah, it's been hell in Deir Al Balah and central

More than 60 people killed in multiple Israeli airstrikes that targeted around 11 homes! Ambulances didn't stop evacuting injures and killed.

This is an open war against unarmed people.

It was an extremely difficult night for civilians in Rafah, where the Israeli military targeted multiple areas with air strikes. 22 Palestinians were killed, including five children, after Israel bombed three separate houses in Rafah.
Ministry of Health in Gaza: The total number of casualties in Gaza after latest Israeli raids:
Four killed, including a 5-year-old girl, and 23 civilians injured so far.
Things are escalating in Rafah. Israeli aircraft hit three homes, one of them near Al Kuwaiti hospital where thousands live there. To where should people go?
This is torture. Sound of bombing are getting closer and louder. The smell of gunpowder is everywhere and the dust fills the air. What a morning in Gaza?
“It always hard to separate between your feelings as a journalist and as a human being when you see the atrocious scenes of blood and people under the rubble,” al-Sarraj said.

6 A new morning after another sleepless night in
#Gaza
Heavy bombardment continues targeting multiple areas of Gaza. Homes and hearts are shaking.

I visited Rafah three days ago. I swear every time I go there, I return sick and beyond upset. Overcrowded, unimaginably packed with displaced people, thousands of thousands walking in the streets.
Rafah is the tragic representation of the real scene of displacement.
A day after day in this war, I’m losing my desire to do anything, even writing here whenever I’m able to.
It became clear that we are only numbers. No value to our lives, dreams or feelings.
It was a harsh night. I could not sleep thinking of the number of innocent people killed in the hospital while taking shelter. We’re living a scary nightmare where we’re left abandoned facing a horrible fate.
Last night was so intense in the central area. Bombing didn’t stop. Israeli artillery targeted the last floor of Awad hospital in Nusirat. Naval boats targeted Deir Albalah and Zawaydeh shores and quadcaptors bombed an open court in a school sheltering displaced people in Buriej.
Never witnessed such a hectic time. Gaza drowns within darkness and despair. Never felt such loneliness amid these atrocities committed against unarmed people. Never smelled the smell of death as close as these days.

This is Al-Shifa Hospital yard..
The main hospital in Gaza turned into a cemetery to bury the dead bodies. Al Shifa was paralysed and no longer serving those 'alive'.
Delighted to say that I successfully defended my master's thesis titled: 'Israeli digital diplomacy and its role in reshaping Arabs' attitudes towards Israel'.
Thanks to the many people who supported me along this exhausting, yet exhilarating journey!
On International Women's Day, it's impossible to fully convey the profound suffering endured by women in Gaza amidst dire circumstances. We remember all the women in tents and displacement without the minimum necessities of life.

The story of Hind is the same story of Gaza. Little Hind was abandoned and left to be killed after facing the horror of seeing her family members killed around her.
The same for Gaza that left alone facing killing, shelling and horrors. World? Int'l community? No body hears.
Can’t believe what is going on!! Israeli bombardment didn’t stop since this evening. Thousands of families were seen fleeing their homes. The bombing continues all along eastern to western areas of the Gaza Strip.

We have no options left. The bombing continues and shooting gets closer.
Israeli displacement and evacuation orders approach the Central Governorate. The situation is catastrophic in Rafah, which hosts about 1M displaced people. What's happening, world? Where do we go?

“It’s very difficult to see your child go through such a severe state of grief at this early age, when the child is supposed to be playing with friends, and not receiving the news of their horrible killing with their families while they are asleep,”
A simple Q: Why does Israel postpone bombing what it calls 'military, strategic targets' until night? Why not to target them instantly? The answer is: The aim of these raids is not military, it is a lie! The aim is terrorizing people, taking revenge and collectively punish them.
