Stuff I learned in TSA Security lines today: School systems are feeding TSA employees’ kids for free. Mortgage companies are allowing for 60-day grace periods. In this age of constantly depressing news, remember there is lots of good in our world.

Our littlest, Eli, was baptized this morning. All of his grandparents were here. His Grandpa, my father-in-law, was our guest pastor and baptized our little boy like he has our other children before him. Such a blessed day. The best of days. Thankful for God’s covenant.

A close coaching friend lost his job this Spring. Every time I check on him, he’s concerned about the other guys he worked with and trying to help them secure jobs. This is servanthood. And whoever hires him will get a tremendous man & coach.
