Going through separation for almost 2 yrs was really hard. I still feel ashamed of it all. Bad marriage way too long. But at least it's finally over. On to New start even if this all didn't go how I wanted. It made me stronger and realized I have work to be done in myself.

Went running on this trail. near rio grande. It was so hot I need my camel back next time. Maybe I'll bring my bike too. 6 miles isn't bad but I did walk some. I prefer shade 😆
