1.Someone asked me symptoms of #Covid this time round so I’m just gonna post my experience here. I’m sixth day now. First few days it was literally like a bad chest infection. I am asthmatic so I was struggling for air somewhat. But it was manageable though unpleasant.

I do NOT want to grow old in Ireland. My mum’s in hospital and I’m hearing - after she’s been for hours already - and was told to go by her GP - she won’t be seen for around 2 hours. BUT I’m really worried because last time it was 48 hours on a trolley!!!!!! She’s 82.

I don’t work on Talbot Street but it’s been blatantly clear for a LONG time how antisocial this area & around it, is. You can sense it particularly at night. I’ve rarely felt unsafe in Dublin city but around this area, I absolutely have. I avoid it at night.

It’s upsetting hearing on #todaysor that children who live in volatile households are suffering more than ever. No one could imagine the effect that will have on the rest of their lives. It’s one of the worst situations of this crisis I believe.

The treatment by some companies of young people working for them is disgusting. All this ‘young people won’t work because of the PUP’ crap. How about employers being too tight to pay properly, then sacking a young person for not wanting to work for a slave wage!

@jameshendicott I used to spend a lot of time in Birmingham as my ex boyfriend moved there. It is a cool city. Used to go to a Victorian pub that sold snuff & Bourneville is one interesting place!

@samindrakunti I’m a Mancunian born and bred but have lived in Dublin 13 years and in Donegal for a year before that. It’s home at this stage. It has its issues like every city but the thing you’d get to love, is Dubliners. They’re what makes the city. You just didn’t have enough time here
