13 years ago, I asked @MattParrino to quit smoking. He did and gained nearly 70lbs in the process. 9 years ago today, he made another decision to change his life: healthy diet and working out. He’s kept it going since and continues to inspire me. You amaze me in all you do. ❤️😍

Let me add, our daughter (3—unvaxxed) is also pos, but son (7–vaxxed) and I (fully vaxxed and boosted) are neg. Matt (boosted) was incredibly mild. Feels like everyone will get it sooner or later, but as long as it’s like having a cold, life can go on! Get vaxxed! Save lives!!
