today holds its Annual Meeting, at which the
#Assembly
Chair and Deputy Chair will be elected. Members will also be deciding which committees they will sit on, and set their terms of reference for the year ahead.

’s Annual Meeting is tomorrow. The
#Assembly
will establish its Committee structure for the coming year and will appoint Committee Chairs and Members.

The London Assembly holds its Annual Meeting this Friday, 10 May. The Assembly will work on behalf of Londoners to scrutinise the Mayor’s actions and decisions, and to investigate issues that matter to our city.

The London Assembly is elected by you, to look out for you. Today, your newly elected Assembly Members are signing their Declarations of Acceptance of Office – committing to faithfully carrying out their duties to the best of their ability.

On 2 May, eligible Londoners get to vote for their Assembly.
The constituency London Assembly Members are elected using the First-Past-the-Post system.
The pan-London Assembly Members are elected using the Additional Member system.

On 2 May, eligible Londoners get to elect the Mayor of London using the First-Past-the-Post system.
You can only vote for one candidate and the person with the most votes will become Mayor of London.
