In case you missed this last week, Local Report will move to a Thursday from Nov 4th following schedule changes @BBCNorfolk . Will be weird as it's always been a Friday but exciting 'cos after years of being told the show should be longer, it will be for ONE HOUR from 7 o'clock.

The news from The Walks today wasn't unexpected given how Ian Culverhouse spoke after Saturday's game but a very sad way for his time at @officialKLtown to end. Needs to be remembered for the good times and the way he has helped so many players. Thanks for a great ride Cully.

As of this week, Talking Cricket (Local Report later this month) reverts to FRIDAY 6.30 to 7 on @BBCNorfolk . Shame to lose half an hour but given the impacts of wider changes on many others I'm grateful to be able to continue to cover local sport as best as possible.
