This is all from footage released by the Uvalde mayor months ago. He released the footage despite the local DA warning him not to. Analysis of footage by The New York Times found major gaps and contradictions in the D.P.S. findings.

10/6/2022 - we learned that as a part of the hiring process/back ground check Lieutenant Miguel R. Hernandez received a letter from James Lopez, Deputy IG on *July 28* informing him that Officer Elizondo is under investigation for her actions on May 24th.
