Sad news today that one of darts great champions has passed away. Mike Gregory was a prolific winner of TV titles between 1984 and 1995, including the World Matchplay, 2x News of the World and 2x UK Masters. Regarded by many as the finest player never to become World Champion.

Making his England debut, 13 year old Leighton Bennett averages 35.79... with legs of 15, 11, 16. The highest average in the 9 year history of the youth event. (Only 3 men have averaged higher in the last 40 years of the British Internationals!)

The final of the 50th World Series of Darts international event was also the 700th match played. @MvG180 has played 131 matches and won 104 (79%). He has appeared in 44 events out of the 50 and reached the final of 25 of them, winning 16! He has also won 5 WSOD Finals titles!
