This Sunday, Aug 20th Alan Walsh is taking part in his first Ironman triathlon since being diagnosed with type one diabetes. The challenge will involve swimming 3.8km, cycling 180km and a Marathon 42km all in aid of Diabetes Ireland & Little Blue Heroes.

Its the 5th Anniversary of Hon. Garda Tyler Ryan who gained his angel wings. Tyler's parents Margo & Stephen help with raising funds to supply mini Garda cars for our Little Blue Heroes called “Tyler’s Fleet”. To date Tyler’s Fleet has issued 87 mini Garda cars to our Heroes.
