I have no problem with Duckens Nazon being charged for the elbow on Kristoffer Ajer, no problem whatsoever. But how Scott Brown can get exonerated for a clear stamp on Jim Kellermann is an absolute disgrace and yet another example of how incompetent the disciplinary system is.

Sunderland fans who want Jack Ross sacked are absolutely clueless and delusional. Jack is one of the most talented young managers I have ever come across and will put in an incredible amount of work to put right the wrongs next season. Struggle to get anyone better in my opinion.

Jack Ross is a very intelligent manager and I have had a lot of great footballing conversations over the past few years. I’m looking forward to them being more frequent again. I’m sure he’ll be a great success at Hibs and I think he’ll be a massive hit with Easter Road faithful.

Richard Tait has been a captain at Motherwell, Joe Shaugness has been a captain at St Johnstone, Conor McCarthy has been a captain at Cork City and, potentially, Marcus Fraser has been a captain at Ross County. That is some amount of experience in a back four.

Steve Clarke made a very calm and considered statement after SFA upheld Gary Dicker’s ban. He was quite correct in everything he said in my opinion, and well within his rights to make the statement. The fact he and Killie have been charged is absolutely farcical in the extreme.

I have just watched Jack Ross’ first interview as Hibs manager. It reminded me of the very first interview he gave me when he was unveiled in Paisley. The positivity which he continually speaks with is second to none, in my opinion. Hibs have a good one there.

Great win for St Mirren that. Dundee United won so vital to stay in the top half too. Ilkay had the full back all day long. But the absolutely outstanding player on the pitch today had to be Ethan Erhahon. Such a dominant performance, breaking up play and starting moves. 19, too.
