Maybe true for some sets of answers to how dangerous the fire is, how big the evacuation area is, how much vaccines reduce transmission, how much voluntary vaccination there is, etc.
But too many people on all sides imagine we can answer at the level of principle alone.

If anything, mandatory evacuation orders are a LOT more onerous than vaccine mandates.
Telling me I can't go to Boston Pizza without a harmless shot in the arm? Meh.
Telling me I can't go to MY OWN HOME, no exceptions? Pretty harsh.
@KenBoessenkool
I know zero nurses who have been fired for questioning the efficacy of fire evacuation mandates. Not only is this idea not great on its merit, but you will find plenty of hostility to it at any large tory event where I live.
@KenBoessenkool
Leaving home for a few days is a bit different than injecting an experimental vaccine into your body and manipulating your mRNA. I'm vaccinated by the way. But it should be my choice, not yours or anyone elses.
@KenBoessenkool
Somewhat agree. Somewhat disagree. If you disobey an evacuation order, you put you/ your family at risk. If you disobey a health order, you put you/ your family and potentially anyone you come in contact with at risk. I have a strong opinion on which is worse.
@KenBoessenkool
This is a false analogy on 2 fronts. If you are subject to a fire evacuation mandate, it’s to save you alone. If you’re subject to a vaccination mandate its to save others, except that the notion of saving others is also false -in this case false science:)
@KenBoessenkool
True! Except that (i) the virus was less dangerous than the seasonal flu for most people; (ii) the jibby-jabs were unsafe and ineffective; and (iii) people don't need to be told to run from a threat they can see the impact of first-hand. Other than that, your analysis is excellen
