1. UP Govt is not ready to fund New Kanpur City. 2. UPSIDA doesn't have funds to build a 4 lane bridge connecting TGC. 3. KDA which suggested for an Intl Airport at Unnao, is itself not a part of UPSCR now. It's hard to be optimistic about Kanpur in the current scenario!
